ASIRT issues public report on 2021 Lloydminster RCMP case

The Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT) has concluded an investigation related to an incident involving the Lloydminster RCMP in 2021. 

After reviewing the evidence, ASIRT found no reasonable grounds to believe any police officer committed an offence under the Criminal Code. ASIRT’s acting executive director issued a written decision outlining the findings and conclusions.
