ASIRT concludes investigation into in-custody death in Lethbridge
The Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT) has concluded its investigation into the death of a woman in Lethbridge Police Service custody.
ASIRT’s acting executive director has issued a written decision setting out the findings of the investigation. The full report is now publicly available.
